My name is Tiffany and I help women feel beautiful, strong and confident in their bodies again! I am a 44 year old native Texan, and mom to three amazing, LOUD, smart and witty kiddos (who own my heart). I have been married 21 years and we spent the first 17 years serving in the Coast Guard and collecting friends all over the country. We planted roots in South Florida, which makes me truly happy because I love the beach and sunshine. I have a Master's degree in education. I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and am obsessed with all things nutrition. So, I took my love and passion for teaching and merged it with my love for holistic health and wellness. I love food, Jesus, my two golden retrievers, flowers, protein smoothies, all things fitness, yoga, wearing yoga pants every day, Prosecco, skincare, makeup, reading and cooking!

I have been able to maintain my healthy lifestyle through three pregnancies and motherhood. I’ve helped loved hundreds of women break the cycle of dieting and learn to nourish and LOVE their bodies again.
